Stay focused. It is all to simple to get distracted by thinking you can make more money by serving more needs. Staying focused allows you to be the expert and ultimately earn greater profits and be known as the EXPERT in your niche.

2. To Serve The Niche, Know The Niche!

It takes knowledge to truly serve a niche well. You must study the niche. Let's say the niche is an industry. Read industry articles, visit businesses in that industry, talk to people involved in it, ask questions. What are their needs and pains?

9. Becoming A Recognized Expert In Your Niche

Go to the trade association in your niche. Offer to write a content-filled article for the ONLINE version of their magazine, email blast, etc. Ask to include a photo. Offer an even longer or related article linked to your Website. Now you're a star.

10. Be A Super-Niche Superhero

Don't just disseminate information, create original content that answers questions asked everyday by people in your niche. Then, ask them questions, introduce them to other people in your niche, and facilitate interesting conversations. Engage!
